Once you place your order, our team prepares and dispatches it within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Please note: our tracking system may occasionally experience delays or technical issues. If your tracking number doesn't work or you haven't received it, don't hesitate to contact us directly at contact@readingnookr.com and we'll provide your tracking information promptly.
We ship worldwide: including all 50 US states (Hawaii and Alaska included) and all international destinations.
Standard domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and your location.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the specific product ordered. International shipments may take longer than domestic orders due to transit distances and local logistics. We'll always provide a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
The carrier used to ship your order depends on the product type and its origin. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible.

International Shipping: FREE on all orders
No hidden fees. Readingnookr.com covers all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf: you will never be charged additional fees upon delivery, regardless of your destination.
We take full responsibility for issues that occur during transit.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you can choose between:
A full refund to your original payment method, or
A replacement product sent to you at no additional cost
The choice is entirely yours.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To do so, please contact us at contact@readingnookr.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we'll offer you the following options at no extra cost:
Reship the order to your correct address, free of charge, or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method
