You can return most items within 30 days of your delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be returned within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you
Be in original condition: you're welcome to test or try the product, but it must be returned in the same state you received it
Be in its original packaging
Returns that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Some items can't be returned, regardless of circumstances:
Sale or promotional items: items purchased at a discounted price during a sale or promotion
Personalized or custom-made products: items made to order or customized to your specifications
Hygiene-related items: for health and safety reasons

Once we receive your request, we'll review it and get back to you with next steps, including your return shipping label and the return address. The return address varies depending on the warehouse or fulfillment center handling your order: we'll confirm it at the time your label is issued.
Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us.
We cover return shipping costs in the following situations:
You're returning within the 30-day window
You changed your mind about the purchase
The product arrived defective (as required by applicable consumer protection law)
We'll provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved. No out-of-pocket shipping costs for you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here's what happens:
Refunds are processed within 4–6 business days after we receive your return: sometimes faster, occasionally a little longer depending on the volume of returns we're handling
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
If a refund to your original payment method isn't possible, we'll process it via bank transfer
Keep in mind that once we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account. That's outside our control.
We do accept exchanges on certain products under specific conditions.
Because eligibility depends on the item and situation, the details will be communicated to you at the time of your exchange request. Just reach out to us at contact@readingnookr.com and we'll walk you through what's possible.
Received something broken, defective, or just not what you ordered? We're sorry: that's not the experience we want you to have.
Here's how we handle it:
Damaged or defective item: depending on the situation, we'll either send you a replacement or arrange for the defective item to be returned
Wrong item received: we'll work with you to get the correct product to you as quickly as possible
Every case is handled individually. Contact us right away at contact@readingnookr.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
If your tracking shows your order as "Delivered" and the carrier has provided proof of delivery, we're unable to issue a refund for that order.
If your package hasn't arrived and there's no delivery confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We recommend checking with neighbors or your building's mail area before reaching out: carriers occasionally leave packages in unexpected spots.
